Independent software studio

Quiet software for categories where opacity is the incumbent business model.

Greenwich Street Studios builds focused tools for creator commerce, structured decision-making, and civic transparency. Every product ships under one legal entity, one support address, and one operating standard.

What we work on

Categories where the user can never quite see the math.

Affiliate commerce. Poker decisions. Specialty visual recognition. Each of these spaces is run by a few large platforms whose business models depend on the user not being able to verify what is happening underneath.

We pick problems where a small studio can publish its working economics, ship operator-grade tools, and treat the user as someone who deserves to see the receipt. The studio is intentionally small and unintentionally ambitious.

Current work

Projects

  1. 01 Creator commerce

    GateKeep

Bring the storefront you already built. A creator-controlled canvas with public retailer-by-retailer economics, an honest sponsored/organic line, and an iOS share extension that respects the original recommendation context.

  2. 02 Decision systems

    PokerReads

A private decision-training surface for working poker players. Hand history, note structure, and pattern recognition treated as first-class objects rather than chat-app afterthoughts.

  3. 03 Visual utility

    CarSpotter

A fun-first recognition app for spotting cars in the wild. Built with careful attention to what actually delights an eight-year-old who would rather identify a Lamborghini than open YouTube.

How we operate

Five lines we hold to.

  1. Honest economics, even when it's awkward.

When we can show the math, we show it. When we can't yet, we say so plainly. No claim ships ahead of its evidence.

  2. Operator-built, operator-supported.

The same hands that build the software answer the support email. Customers should never feel handed off to a tier they didn't agree to.

  3. Privacy is a posture, not a settings page.

We don't track customers, we don't sell data, and the public identity of the operator stays out of the product surface. The work is the public face.

  4. Small team, long timeframe.

We pick categories we want to be running in five years. Quarterly optics aren't load-bearing on what we ship.

  5. One standard across the studio.

Every project is built, supported, and represented under the same legal and operational identity. Consistency is the trust signal.

Contact

Use the studio identity, not a personal one.

Product support, privacy questions, platform verification, and partner inquiries route through one address. A real human on the studio side replies, usually within a business day.
